A new resource “The Colorado Multi-Payer Collaborative: A Framework for Integration of Whole-Person Care” offers a summary of the work of the Colorado Multi-Payer Collaborative (MPC), supported by the Center for Evidence-based Policy, to develop a Framework for Integration of Whole-Person Care (adapted from the work of Thomas Bodenheimer and colleagues).
