Medicaid Policy Matters – Webinar 3

Medicaid and CHIP provide coverage to around 50% of children with special health care needs (CYSHCN).  This presentation provides a review of key principles, state strategies, and example programs to help state Medicaid agencies build a more integrated system of care for children with special needs. It also provides a single-state data snapshot of CYSHCN using the Oregon Child Integrated Dataset (OCID), a non-partisan data-driven project that contains longitudinal linked, cross-agency, and cross-program information for Oregon children who access different state services.
