Addressing COVID-19 Health Disparities: Opportunities for Medicaid Programs Issue Brief
A new issue brief, Addressing COVID-19 Health Disparities: Opportunities for Medicaid Programs, funded by the Medicaid Evidence-based Decisions Project and published by the Milbank Memorial Fund, presents research about how Medicaid programs are addressing health disparities highlighted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Medicaid programs have been using shorter term program changes made possible through federal regulatory flexibilities, and have continued to focus on longer term efforts to address systemic biases that result in health inequities.
